Kurayami Gyuto
With forge textured Nitro-V stainless steel at it’s heart and an Armor Black Cerakote finish, this full-tang Gyuto is ready to do battle with anything you can throw at it. Sporting a robust edge geometry and mild convex, this blade will be at home in a professional kitchen or the discerning home cook.
The handle is comprised of a beautiful set of multi-dyed maple burl scales affixed with a set of carbon fiber pins. It has been shaped to a modified Wa style handle with a strong front taper to allow for a pinch grip. The longer handle lends weight to the blade but is designed with the balance point at the center of the pinch grip creating a surprisingly nimble blade. This dark yet colorful blade is one you don’t want to miss out on.
